1 - Returns
Thank you for shopping at BLUNAVI.
Because of our strict policies all products listed on BLUNAVI are well described with details and photos to maintain a higher quality service. We are also very careful during the delivery process but if you are not satisfied with your purchase on BLUNAVI, we are here to help.
You have 48 hours to return an item from the moment you received it. The buyer is eligible for a return/refund if comply with the one of the following conditions:
- The item has different details or characteristics from those described on the website.
- The item is broken or malfunctioning.
- The delivery time was higher then the time we agreed during the purchase.
We accept for returns only orders that meet all the following criterias:
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase on BLUNAVI.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in its original packaging.
The item may have its own warranty details and in this case you have additional protection as specified on that.
2 - Refunds
We will take the item from your location and then inspect it. After that we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (including transport costs) to your original method of payment. This procedure it may takes two business days without including the delays from your bank.
If your case was not eligible for return/refund then you have to pay all the transport costs during this process.
3 - Exchanges
We are not able to process exchanges with another product.But, if your have ordered an item within 48 hours and you agree with our customer support then you can exchange your item with a similar one but with different size, color, etc. only if the new item doesn't exceed the original price. In this case additional shipping cost may be applied.
